SHIPPING ACROSS CANADA
This includes: FREE SHIPPING for orders over $52.
For orders under $52 we offer a flat rate of only $17.
LOCAL PICK UP from LANGLEY FACTORY LOCATION
Place an order online and choose to pick it up from our Langley Factory, at 20701 Langley bypass, Unit 205, Langley, BC. Pick ups are available Monday to Thursday from 10am - 4pm. You will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up.
Estimated delivery times (from day of shipment) are 3 to 7 days.
If you require your shipment to arrive by a particular date, it's best to email info@fraservalleygourmet.com to confirm if this is possible.

For health and safety reasons we do not accept any returns or exchanges of our products but if you are not 100% satisfied then please contact us ASAP. We will do everything we can to make you happy, whether it's replacing your order or refunding your money.

PRODUCT CARE
All our candies are heat sensitive and will melt. Store our candies at reasonable room temperature.
REFUNDS will not be given for shipping delays due to weather conditions or package refusal.
